Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we securely store the contact details and project information you provide so our showroom can respond, prepare quotations and manage your requested project. When you use a labelled enquiry link, its website page label may also be included in the saved enquiry. This does not use analytics cookies. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the website owner. Our hosting and database providers process this information to operate the service. We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Project planning and shortlists

Saved room IDs and wardrobe designs are stored in this browser until you replace them or clear site data, without contact details. A wardrobe enquiry draft is stored in this tab and can be restored for up to two hours; successful submission clears it. Other planner choices and surface shortlists stay on the current page. Planner briefs may also travel in the page address, including as a fallback if draft storage is unavailable. Please keep sensitive information out of planning notes and enter contact details only in the enquiry form.

Interactive map

The showroom map loads only when you choose Show interactive map. Loading it connects your browser to Google Maps, which may process information such as your IP address under its own privacy and cookie practices. You can use the directions link instead.

Cookies and measurement

This website does not load optional analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social-media tracking. Essential hosting and security functions may operate. Visiting an external link takes you to that service, which has its own privacy and cookie practices.

How long we keep information

Enquiry and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, contract, warranty, accounting or legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the relationship.
